Orders
Our Black Friday sale is a special event featuring exclusive discounts on our collections. Please note that all purchases made during this sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Be sure to double-check your selections before completing your order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email, containing a tracking number, once your order has shipped.
If you have not received an email after 2 hours, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact us form with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.

Shipping
Please allow 7-14 business days for orders to be processed.
In rare cases, delays can occur at the warehouse or carrier level that extend that timeframe.

Yes, If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team right away. We'll do our best to assist you. Keep in mind that once an order is processed and shipped, changing the address may not be possible. If needed, you can reach out to the carrier directly to explore options for rerouting the package.
Return & Exchange
Return Policy
Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact, and in saleable condition. Special collaboration items and socks are final sale and cannot be returned.
Process
Start your return online by entering your order number and email address/phone number. Select the items you wish to return and follow the step to submit your request. Once approved, you’ll receive shipping instructions via email. A return fee will be charged for each return: $10 for domestic returns and $40 for international returns.
Exceptions
Certain items are non-returnable, including all special collaboration items, socks and gift cards. These items are final sale.
Defective Items
If your item is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 10-14 business days to appear on your bank statement. Store credit refunds are processed immediately. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Instructions - For International Orders
We are currently unable to offer direct exchanges for international orders. Should you require a different size or color of an item you have received, please return your order following the instructions noted above and place a new order for your desired item.
Product
All restocks are available on a first come first serve basis. Please note product restocks are not guaranteed and are dependent on product availability.
To receive a notification for a restock please visit the product page and clicking the color-way, product, and size that you're interested in. Then select the "Notify Me" button to receive an email if the item does restock.
